Save Moon Camp

I have been following this nest since Feb 2025, when Jackie & Shadow had 3 little eggs. Unfortunately, “Misty” (1st hatched) did not survive the harsh winter. Sunny and Gizmo, thrived and they successfully fledged in June.

Feb 2026, 2 eggs were had and we (eagle lovers / community) were all happy for this year’s clutch. However, there were some cracks in shells, as the days passed, and ravens entered the nest and completely destroyed them. 💔

On Tuesday Feb. 24th, a new egg was laid. Then on Thursday, another! This new clutch brings hope and we are so excited to see them successfully hatch.
